Rooted in Advocacy
My journey began in the Dominican Republic, where I was raised between the coast and the responsibility of farm life. Growing up surrounded by hard work, nature, and community taught me discipline, resilience, and the value of taking care of others. Today, as a father, I carry those same values forward, balancing my commitment to my family, my work, and the people I represent.
From an early age, I understood that fairness is not given; it is defended. That belief has guided me throughout my career and continues to fuel my passion for advocacy.
A Foundation of Service
My background is rooted in health sciences and service. I trained through the Public Health Foundation at the University at Albany School of Public Health and completed specialized programs in epidemiology, health management, and patient care through organizations including USAID, the World Health Organization, and UMass Chan Medical School.
Before aviation, I worked in a Level 1 trauma center, where I learned to stay calm under pressure, advocate for patients, and make critical decisions when it mattered most. I later worked in operations at Boston Logan Airport before transitioning into inflight.
These experiences shaped my ability to organize, communicate effectively, and manage complex situations. I bring these skills into my union work every day, especially in roles that require accuracy, accountability, and strong record-keeping.
The Catalyst
My path into union advocacy began with a personal experience. After facing an unjust discipline that was ultimately overturned through the grievance process, I saw firsthand the power of our contract and the importance of having someone willing to fight for it.
That moment changed everything for me.
I realized I did not just want representation. I wanted to be that representation for others.
Proven in the Work
Since joining the union in 2021, I have dedicated myself fully to defending and enforcing our contract.
Union Representative since 2021
Grievance Chair since 2024
Benefits representative in 2024
Local Hotel and Transportation Chairperson since 2026
Over the past four years, I have represented Flight Attendants in more than 1800 investigative meetings (NOIs) and filed countless grievances. I have worked extensively with FMLA, Workers Compensation, and disciplinary cases, always with one goal: protecting our members and holding management accountable.
This is not just experience. It is a proven commitment.
Extensive Training
I have also completed extensive training through the Association of Flight Attendants CWA, including Basic Grievance Handling, Advanced Grievance Training, and System Board of Adjustment certification. In addition, I am trained in HIPAA compliance. These qualifications have strengthened my ability to interpret our contract, handle complex grievance cases, and advocate effectively and professionally for our members.
Why I’m Running
I am running because advocacy is not something I do occasionally. It is what I do every day.
As part of current leadership, I understand both the strengths we have built and the work that still needs to be done. I am a direct, collaborative, and outspoken leader who believes in transparency, accountability, and action.
Our union deserves leadership that communicates clearly, stands firm, and never backs down when it comes to defending our Flight Attendants.
Beyond the Uniform
Outside of work, I find balance in the things that keep me grounded, spending time on my farm, being in the water diving, and enjoying life with my partner and family.
I also believe in giving back to the community. I have volunteered supporting patient care initiatives, including time assisting at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen, Massachusetts, continuing my lifelong commitment to service beyond the workplace.
My Commitment
When you read this, I want you to know one thing. You will always have someone in your corner.
My promise is simple: transparency, total advocacy, and real results. I will continue to listen, fight, and stand with you every step of the way.
With your support, I will keep doing what I have always done. Show up, speak up, and deliver.
In solidarity,
Fighting injustice and defending our CBA.
